SpaceX Crew Dragon Demo-2 is expected to be the second flight test of the company’s first human-rated spacecraft. Unlike Demo-1 in March 2019, Demo-2 will have two astronauts aboard: NASA astronauts Doug Hurley and Bob Behnken. This flight’s launch date is dependent on a number of factors ranging from the outcome and results of the Demo-1 mission, an in-flight abort test and other items needed before the vehicle is dubbed ready for humans.
It is expected that the Demo-2 flight will be a repeat of the Demo-1 mission, just with humans aboard. Once in orbit, the spacecraft will likely rendezvous and dock with the International Space Station about a day later.
